ServiceNow Agentic AI Developer - 6 months - remote - ASAP

For our long-term client, we are looking for a ServiceNow Agentic AI Developer to enhance AI-driven automation on the ServiceNow platform. Your main role will be extending existing AI agents and implementing autonomous incident resolution, request fulfilment, intelligent routing, and CMDB data quality automation. Tasks: Implementing Agentic AI as part of a ServiceNow AI project Build and maintain AI agents in AI Agent Studio: agent definitions, tools, guardrails, exception paths and audit trails Working with the ServiceNow AI Control Tower. Develop the backend automation the agents execute: Flow Designer flows, Integration Hub spokes (Intune, AD, Egnyte, SAP interfaces), scripted actions with verification and rollback Extend autonomous coverage category by category through the AI governance gate: human-confirmed first, evidence, then autonomy. Working in an agile development environment, including creating and implementing stories. Following development and release processes. Requirements: Experience or knowledge related to ServiceNow AI projects 3+ years ServiceNow development (Flow Designer, Integration Hub, scripting, ACLs); CSA certified, CAD certified Ability to implement Agentic AI solutions Knowledge of or experience working with the ServiceNow AI Control Tower Hands-on experience with Now Assist and AI Agent Studio, or demonstrable equivalent agentic AI delivery. Integration experience with Microsoft endpoint and identity stack (Intune, Active Directory / Entra ID) Nice to have: exposure to AI governance tooling (AI Control Tower) Project details: Start: ASAP Duration: 6 months Workload: fulltime preferred Location: remote Language: englisch Telephone interviews with our client can be arranged at short notice, with a quick decision following the interview.
