SAP PM/EAM Consultant - Equipment Master & Installed Base Industry: Pharmaceutical / Life Sciences Contract: 6+ months, with potential for extension Start Date: Mid-November Project: SAP S/4HANA Global Rollout Location: Remote with occasional travelling in Europe for workshops/onboarding About the Role We are looking for an experienced SAP PM/EAM Consultant to support a global SAP S/4HANA rollout within the pharmaceutical industry. The role will focus on Equipment Master and Installed Base data, supporting data migration activities and ensuring high-quality master data across the deployment. The successful candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, functional teams, and data migration teams to ensure accurate data mapping, cleansing, validation, and successful migration of equipment-related data. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to a major SAP transformation project within a highly regulated pharmaceutical environment. Key Responsibilities Support SAP PM/EAM data migration activities, with a strong focus on Equipment Master and Installed Base. Manage and validate equipment-related master data throughout the migration lifecycle. Perform data cleansing, mapping, reconciliation, and validation activities. Support SAP S/4HANA global rollout and deployment activities. Collaborate with business stakeholders and cross-functional SAP teams. Work with related SAP modules and business processes, including Finance, Controlling, Logistics, Production, and Quality Management. Support master data governance and SAP MDG-related activities. Ensure compliance with pharmaceutical industry standards, including GxP and Computer System Validation Support SAP Solution Manager (SolMan), particularly the Focus Build Requirement to Deploy process. Contribute to data migration planning, execution, testing, and issue resolution. Required Experience & Skills Good functional knowledge of SAP PM/EAM, particularly Equipment Master and Installed Base. Minimum 5 years of SAP experience Must have Pharma or Healthcare experience Experience with SAP S/4HANA implementations or global rollouts. Minimum 3 years of data migration experience or experience supporting full-cycle SAP global rollouts. Strong understanding of SAP master data objects and related business processes. Experience with SAP MDG and master data governance. Knowledge of SAP Solution Manager (SolMan), preferably Focus Build Requirement to Deploy. Understanding of GxP and Computer System Validation (CSV) requirements. Experience with ETL tools, preferably SAP Data Services (SAP DS), is desirable.
