We are looking for a Solution Manager Third-Party Security Solutions (m/f/d) on a 12-month fixed-term contract to support our growing Solution Management team during a maternity leave period. You bring partner products into our security portfolio and make them work, technically and commercially. You are the daily link between our R&D and the development teams of our technology partners. You keep integrations moving, settle disagreements early and make sure what ships is something our customers can use. You use AI tools as a normal part of your work to research, write specifications and build prototypes faster.
Key Responsibilities
Partner integration
Run the integration of third-party products, such as video, intrusion detection or building management, with our access control and time recording systems.
Be the main contact for partner developers and Primion R&D. Agree on interfaces, scope and timelines, and keep both sides informed.
Write requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria. Take part in sprint reviews and integration tests.
Spot blockers between teams early and resolve them before they delay a release.
Market and partner scouting
Look for products that close gaps in our portfolio and compare them in a structured way.
Maintain the partner pipeline and prepare feasibility checks and gap analyses.
Business and go-to-market
Contribute to business cases, pricing and partner agreements together with senior colleagues.
Create sales material and train Sales and Service on new partner solutions.
Track how partner solutions perform and propose improvements.
Key Qualifications
Degree in business informatics, computer science, industrial engineering or a comparable qualification.
2 to 4 years of experience in product management, product ownership, technical project management or solution engineering, ideally with software integrations or APIs.
You use AI tools every day and can show how they changed the way you work.
Your technical depth allows you to read API documentation, discuss integration design with developers and estimate effort.
You communicate effectively with technical stakeholders and partners, building productive working relationships while confidently representing business requirements.
You are able to familiarise yourself quickly with complex topics and progressively take ownership of ongoing work.
Business fluent English language skills; German language skills are a plus.
Interest in security technology; experience with access control or physical security is a plus.
